DESCRIPTION
Georgian indigenous grape variety Rkatsiteli wine is from the East Part of Georgia. Grapes are grown in the vineyards, near the Alaverdi Monastery in the valley of the Alazani River. Fermentation process of 10 days, grape remains after the fermentation is finished to the wine for 6 more months.
Orange peel, dried apricot and gentle nose. Nice body, gentle tannins with a long lingering aftertaste
best with poultry, lean fish lamb mild and soft cheese
