PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
From experience we believe that whisky tasting should be an intimate affair. Therefore groups should not be more than 20- 25 people. Tastings should be limited to 3-5 whiskies with pure water in between. If food is needed then cheese and biscuits would finish off the tasting very nicely. The tastings will be tailored to the needs of the client and can be delivered in a variety of settings, either as a stand alone function, or as part of a wider celebration including, birthdays, anniversaries or even as part of a wedding!
How about whisky tasting on a sailing boat!!

What started as a hobby became a passion. Originally from Malta but having lived in Scotland most of my life, I have visited most of the distilleries in Scotland and tasted a wide variety of single malt whiskies. I slowly but surely developed an appreciation of the different nuances and distinctive flavours of whiskies from different Scottish regions, each reflecting elements of where the whiskies are produced.
Based mostly in Malta, most of the whisky tastings will take place on this beautiful island. The difference from routine whisky tastings is that I try to integrate the whisky tasting into the environment where the client wants the whisky tasting to take place at a time that suits. How about whisky tasting on the rocks, or in a marina or by a pool!! Clients can chose what whiskies they wish to taste. For example they may wish to explore the subtle yet distinctive differences from one Scottish region or they may wish to go on a Scottish journey from East to North or go along the Speyside way. The format of the whisky tasting will be discussed with the client in detail to ensure an unforgettable experience.
