This dry wine is made from the Saperavi grapes grown in Kisiskhevi village in Kakheti region.
This wine is made by the Georgian traditional method, in Qvevri.
It is pale garnet in colour with complex and concentrated flavours of redcurrant, cranberry and blueberry. The wine has medium to high acidity and a balanced tannin structure and will age well in a bottle.
Wine pairs well with mushrooms and steak.
